As a result of discussions between Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center (NRSC) and Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), NRSC became National Data Center for CTBTO which gives an opportunity to download data from more than 300 Radiological, Seismic, Infrasound and Hydro-acoustic stations under the control of CTBTO. NRSC has possibility to analyze data including gamma spectrum of radioisotopes automatically uploaded to the international data server, to define possible release areas using air dispersion models. CTBTO provided to NRSC modern technical and software means to be able to perform all the requirements as a National Data Center.
