Job Description

The selected candidate will perform administrative duties at the executive level, including the efficient organization and implementation of the organization’s document workflow, such as registration and archiving of incoming, outgoing, and other documents; answering phone calls; supporting the implementation of human resources management functions; preparing vacancy announcements for the Center’s open positions and organizing interviews; editing documents and managing office software and programs; registering and managing business trips; organizing reception activities for foreign delegations; supporting the organization of the Center’s procurement activities; ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Center’s quality assurance system; performing translations in three languages (Armenian, Russian, and English); and carrying out other tasks assigned by the employer.

Requirements

  • Higher education in linguistics or a related field,
  • Strong command of Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and verbal,
  • Excellent computer skills,
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with various software tools,
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines,
  • Good communication skills and polite manner,
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and motivated to acquire new knowledge.

Junior Researcher

Job Description

The selected candidate will perform specialized individual monitoring of personnel in a controlled environment using professional measuring instruments. All work will take place exclusively at NRSC’s office in a dedicated laboratory. Full training will be provided, covering all procedures and quality requirements. Based on demonstrated skills, the employee may also be involved in other projects and activities of the Center.

Requirements

  • Higher education in natural sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related fields),
  • Strong command of Armenian, English, and Russian (written and verbal),
  • Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with various software tools,
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines,
  • Good communication skills and polite, professional manners with clients,
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and motivated to acquire new knowledge.
